'Wendy invited me to ponder “What makes your heart sing?” I don’t think she realized she was providing me the answer in real time. Walking with Freya the pack pony, amidst the wild beauty of Mull! Our final steps descended into Fionnphort and I couldn’t feel more at peace. Ready to enter into the pilgrimage week on Iona with a singing heart.' Ken, pilgrim to Iona.
‘To say I couldn’t have done it without you would be the understatement of the century! I can't thank you enough for all of your guidance - both expert trail guiding as well as mindfulness. There were times in the planning of this that I had thoughts of whether to continue, and you were so steadfastly supportive... ’ Scott, St. Andrew's Way pilgrim.
'The Isle of Mull needs guidance if one is to truly walk the way of those before. You are that guide. Your knowledge of the paths, the history, the animal life on the road and in the wild truly made our trip what we hoped for. Your gentle spirit and intuitive nature felt like home.' Gay and Kim, pilgrims to Iona.
We have not stopped counting our blessings since arriving home. So grateful for Wendy, Jon, Wallace and their loving care of we pilgrims.'
'Wendy and Jon, we constantly reflect on our awesome Pilgrimage that you both made such a reality!!! Your hospitality and care was such a gift and a blessings! Honestly, loved the weather and the trek.'
