Spiritual Direction

My practice of spiritual direction is rooted in the Christian tradition and shaped by my training at Sarum College. 

I am particularly drawn to accompanying people in their spiritual journey through encounters with the natural world — whether through eco-spiritual direction that attends to God's presence in creation, or through the unique gift of spiritual direction with equines, where the wisdom and gentle presence of horses can open new pathways of awareness and understanding. 

I work to facilitate the work of deep listening to ourselves, to Creator God as revealed in and through Creation.

I companion others in making connections between their faith, the world around them, and the questions that matter most to them. It is one of the great honours of my life to hold space for others in their pilgrimage of faith.
